Dr Nathaniel Williams

Dr. Nathaniel Williams is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the founder of Exquisite Dental Implant Center in Sandy Springs, Georgia. He built his practice on a foundation of both surgical expertise and compassionate care, with a singular focus on helping patients restore their smiles through permanent dental implant solutions.

Dr. Williams earned his dental degree from Meharry Medical College before completing a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. He then went on to finish his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency through the Harbor UCLA Medical Center program in 2018. His extensive training and years of hands-on experience allow him to approach even the most complex cases with precision and confidence.

Since completing his residency, Dr. Williams has dedicated his career exclusively to surgical implant care. He performs All-on-X full arch restorations at a volume most providers never reach and routinely takes on complex cases other offices turn away. From bone grafting to zygomatic implants for patients with severe bone loss, his surgical range means fewer patients hear “no.”
